Christo Jesuit High School

Christo Jesuit High School opened in 2007 and began its mission of transforming Baltimore through education. One hundred percent of the students are from low-income families. Wheels for Change worked with Christo Rey to purchase a fourteen-passenger bus to shuttle students to school in the morning, to weekly community service opportunities, to after-school athletic practices and games, and to spiritual retreats. Additionally, the school was able to purchase a mini-van for use primarily by the school’s Corporate Internship Program to drive students to and from work.
